Job OverviewCrossBoundary is seeking several full-time Investment Consultants to join our team in Latin America.
As a vital member of the transaction team, you will play a crucial role in initiatives that have the potential to significantly influence investment in Latin America and the Caribbean, while also contributing to CrossBoundary's long-term establishment in the region.
Role ResponsibilitiesAs an Investment Consultant, your primary duties will include:
- Identifying and assessing investment opportunities.
- Conducting macroeconomic market evaluations.
- Providing support for investment transactions.
The ideal candidate will possess over 7 years of experience in prestigious finance or consulting firms, with a background in developing nations—preferably in Latin America. A keen interest in international trade and investment initiatives will be considered an asset.

Key QualificationsThe successful candidate will demonstrate:
- A minimum of 5 years in top-tier banking, consulting, private equity, or related fields.
- A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
- Experience in developing countries.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus if located in Brazil).
- Proven leadership capabilities, especially in fast-paced and complex settings.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure problems logically.
- Excellent quantitative abilities and a knack for applying analytical rigor to intricate tasks.
- Knowledge of corporate finance and familiarity with evaluation and valuation techniques.
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients and colleagues in high-pressure situations.
- Exceptional presentation skills, with the capacity to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability in changing contexts.
- Familiarity with the Latin American investment landscape and experience collaborating with various stakeholders to support investments in high-impact sectors.
