Job Overview
This role provides essential support to the Manufacturing Team, requiring proficiency across various workstations within the production environment.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience and demonstrate the ability to excel as a key contributor to the manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Master multiple workstations across diverse product lines.
- Communicate effectively with engineers and technicians regarding product issues and documentation updates.
- Exhibit a strong mechanical aptitude and maintain high accuracy in all tasks.
- Assist in assembly, testing, and packaging for various Medical Device Manufacturing Production Lines.
- Play a supportive role in quality assurance activities.
- Conduct basic to advanced electro-mechanical assembly and quality inspections.
- Operate specialized manufacturing equipment and monitor for maintenance needs.
- Ensure adequate inventory levels at assigned workstations.
- Adhere to quality standards and established procedures in all tasks.
- Identify and document product defects promptly.
- Follow good manufacturing practices in all applicable work steps.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly within the Medical Device sector or a related field.
- Proficient reading and writing skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and mentor fellow operators.
- Strong computer navigation skills.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
- Demonstrated performance orientation and meticulousness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and teamwork capabilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to regularly lift components weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Capacity to perform repetitive tasks consistently.
- Manual dexterity to assemble parts or components efficiently.
