Business Partnerships Manager

At the Brooklyn Navy Yard, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Partnerships Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships with employers, securing job orders, and preparing job seekers for job openings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with employers to understand their hiring needs
- Secure job orders and develop strategies for sourcing qualified candidates
- Prepare job seekers for job openings and ensure they align with business needs
- Collect and analyze data related to job openings, referrals, interviews, and placements
- Use data to measure the success of partnerships and share with employers
- Develop partnerships with outside workforce and training organizations
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment or workforce development
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to track and analyze data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
