Your role will involve cultivating relationships with both internal and external clients, enabling you to anticipate business requirements, orchestrate service deliveries, and implement proactive measures to minimize client downtime and expenses.
As a key intermediary, you will connect customers with technical support, product development, sales, and field services, identifying avenues for enhancing service delivery, reducing costs, and maximizing customer value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional email support to both internal and external clients.
- Handle incoming communications via email and phone.
- Process orders and prepare quotes and feasibility studies.
- Assist clients in clarifying order specifications, including image selection.
- Leverage company policies and departmental knowledge to resolve technical inquiries.
- Utilize satellite imagery expertise to conduct basic quality control assessments and provide recommendations.
- Participate in training sessions and offer guidance to peers and clients as necessary.
- Communicate effectively across all organizational levels and with customers.
- Collaborate with customers, technical support, product development, sales, and field services.
- Identify opportunities for service delivery enhancements, cost savings, and increased customer value.
Minimum Qualifications:
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, ideally in a professional or B2B environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
- Strong communication skills are essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Communications, Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience with GIS applications and technologies, such as Esri ArcGIS, ArcPro, or QGIS.
- Exceptional listening, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
