As a key intermediary, you will connect customers with technical support, product development, sales, and field services, identifying avenues for enhancing service delivery, reducing costs, and maximizing customer value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional email support to both internal and external clients.
  • Handle incoming communications via email and phone.
  • Process orders and prepare quotes and feasibility studies.
  • Assist clients in clarifying order specifications, including image selection.
  • Leverage company policies and departmental knowledge to resolve technical inquiries.
  • Utilize satellite imagery expertise to conduct basic quality control assessments and provide recommendations.
  • Participate in training sessions and offer guidance to peers and clients as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively across all organizational levels and with customers.
  • Collaborate with customers, technical support, product development, sales, and field services.
  • Identify opportunities for service delivery enhancements, cost savings, and increased customer value.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, ideally in a professional or B2B environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills are essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Communications, Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience with GIS applications and technologies, such as Esri ArcGIS, ArcPro, or QGIS.
  • Exceptional listening, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
