Order Management Specialist

As an expanding wholesale pharmaceutical company based in Utah, we serve a vital role in healthcare by providing pharmacies, wholesalers, nursing homes, doctor's offices, hospitals, surgical centers, and government agencies with essential pharmaceutical supplies.
The Order Management Specialist performs assigned duties under the direction of Wasatch Rx's Sales Account Manager over Order Management. Primary areas of work responsibility include order verification, sales support, and purchasing support. This position works within our sales department to provide support for management of sales orders, as well as responsible to verify, authenticate, create, and properly maintain drug T3 pedigrees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify online orders against internal purchase orders
- Locate corresponding invoices and file electronically
- Produce shipping labels; coordinate shipping instruction with vendors
- Research and reconcile vendor order discrepancies
- Central contact for vendor order inquiries
- Compile and compose drug T3/EPCIS documentation
- Process vendor invoices
- Order review, research, and correct discrepancies
- Assist purchasing team with various tasks as needed
- Product Sourcing via Online Searches
- Customer Service Support (instant messenger and email)
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of administrative or clerical experience, along with a minimum of 1 year in customer service, demonstrating your ability to navigate high-pressure situations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with multiple departments and manage various tasks simultaneously.
- Strong detail orientation to ensure accuracy and quality while juggling diverse responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision, demonstrating resilience and self-motivation in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, enabling you to efficiently handle tasks across departments.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
