The RoleWe're seeking a Community Relations Coordinator to join our Outreach team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in building relationships with local community leaders, educating community members about their healthcare options, and guiding them to become Hopscotch Primary Care patients.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain relationships with local community leaders to drive new patient growth
- Market Hopscotch Primary Care to eligible adults through community outreach and engagement
- Plan, execute, and attend Hopscotch Health events to educate and engage community members
- Build and nurture relationships with community organizations to create long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships
- Act as the point of contact for the Outreach team and community partners in cross-functional activities and events
We're seeking a highly organized, energetic, and ambitious individual with a passion for building connections within the local community. If you have experience in event planning, marketing, or sales, and are proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software, we'd love to hear from you.
