The Role

We're seeking a Community Relations Coordinator to join our Outreach team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in building relationships with local community leaders, educating community members about their healthcare options, and guiding them to become Hopscotch Primary Care patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local community leaders to drive new patient growth
  • Market Hopscotch Primary Care to eligible adults through community outreach and engagement
  • Plan, execute, and attend Hopscotch Health events to educate and engage community members
  • Build and nurture relationships with community organizations to create long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Act as the point of contact for the Outreach team and community partners in cross-functional activities and events
