Employee Relations Analyst

At KLM Careers, we are seeking a highly skilled Employee Relations Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for handling the internal accommodation process, collaborating with employees, third-party vendors, and management to ensure seamless medical accommodations for working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain data and metrics to track trends and milestones
  • Complete case documentation and reporting, including investigative interviews and case management system updates
  • Handle ad hoc projects and assignments, leveraging HR practices, data analysis, and employee relations expertise

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of HR-related experience, preferably in employee accommodations and case management
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
