Lead Inventory Accuracy through Cycle Counting

We're seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to lead our inventory management team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory levels through cycle counting, researching and resolving discrepancies, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

  • Audit and maintain physical accuracy of inventory through regular cycle counts.
  • Research and resolve inventory discrepancies, including investigating and correcting errors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate inventory levels and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance inventory management efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to support business decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including team members, supervisors, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to investigate and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
  • Previous experience with inventory management software and systems.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
