GMA Accessories, Inc., a leading manufacturer and distributor of apparel, footwear, and accessories, is seeking an Embroidery Operator at our Pittston, PA Fulfillment Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze project specifications and customer requirements to ensure accurate embroidery execution.
• Select the correct thread, hoops, and designs for each project, maximizing efficiency and quality.
• Set up and supervise embroidery machines, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
• Perform weekly maintenance on embroidery equipment, guaranteeing smooth operations.
• Develop a weekly reorder list for management, enhancing inventory control and stock levels.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience operating Japanese-made embroidery machines.
• Daily and weekly machine service expertise (oiling and cleaning).
• Able to lift and maneuver heavy equipment weighing over 30 pounds.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and coach others in achieving similar results.
