We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Trauma Research Performance Improvement Coordinator. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our Trauma Program Manager, Trauma Medical Director, and Trauma Director to improve clinical outcomes and advance our mission to deliver exceptional care to our patients.

This is a unique opportunity to combine your passion for nursing with your expertise in performance improvement and research. As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for coordinating performance improvement initiatives, analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement, and developing corrective actions to reduce the risk of patient harm.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and clinical management guidelines to improve clinical outcomes.
  • Coordinate performance improvement initiatives, including data analysis and development of corrective actions.
  • Seek out grant proposals related to trauma research projects.
  • Assist with the design, implementation, interpretation, and submission for publication of trauma-related research studies.

Requirements

  • A Master's Degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in a similar role.
  • Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Delaware or compact license required.

Salary and Benefits
