About the Job

We are seeking a dynamic CNA/Patient Care Tech to join our team at Foundations for Living's new rehabilitation hospital in Northwest Reno. This is a full-time, night shift opportunity that offers a convenient schedule and full benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and competent nursing assistant care to patients in our acute rehabilitation unit.
  • Complete bedside shift reports and ensure patient communication boards are updated every shift.
  • Meet with supervising RNs to receive delegation of tasks and ensure patient needs are met.
  • Follow facility policies and procedures to promote patient safety and adhere to fall precautions.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Nevada CNA license.
  • Current BLS certificate.
  • Prefer one year full-time or three years part-time experience in an acute care setting.
