Your Role:

Channel your enthusiasm into meaningful work as we seek a Senior Financial Analyst to become part of our Client Finance Team.

The selected candidate will engage with a team dedicated to delivering analytical support for the most challenging financial decisions concerning our rapidly expanding client base.

Collaboration Opportunities:

This individual will collaborate closely with the Director of Client Finance to evaluate and convey client performance and contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive financial analyses, including scenario modeling, to inform critical business choices.
  • Prepare and present financial insights for the Client Finance team and broader internal audiences.
  • Extract and consolidate essential insights for internal stakeholders to enhance client financial management.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to gather data, construct intricate models, and aid in the creation of executive-level presentations.
  • Lead or assist with special client-specific projects as required.
  • Develop a profound understanding of specific client dynamics to refine financial analyses.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative discipline (Required)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Finance or medical economics-related role (Required)
  • Proficient in Excel with extensive knowledge of key formulas and functions (Required)
  • Experience in organizing complex data and financial insights effectively in PowerPoint (Required)
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities with the ability to translate intricate concepts into actionable insights (Required)
  • Proven experience in communicating financial information to both finance and non-finance audiences (Required)
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment (Required)
  • Basic understanding of GAAP (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with the U.S. Healthcare System and its financial components (Preferred)
  • Quick learner with strong follow-through skills (Preferred)
  • Experience with Adaptive (Preferred)
Technical Requirements:

All employees are required to have the following technical capabilities at their home: High-speed internet connection exceeding 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center roles, the ability to connect directly to the home internet router. These technical requirements may be updated in line with any planned reopening of our office locations.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000. This role is also eligible for a bonus component based on predefined performance metrics. As part of our comprehensive compensation package, The Ladders proudly offers extensive benefits (including health insurance) to qualifying employees. All compensation decisions are based on the skills and experience necessary for the position and commensurate with the experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.
