About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Enrollment Specialist to join our team at a leading healthcare organization in Austin, TX. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enrolling eligible hospital patients into the Third Party Health Insurance Premium Payment Program (HIPP) at our Hospital partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, key hospital personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless enrollment process.
  • Create a positive patient experience by clearly presenting program requirements and serving as a patient advocate.
  • Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure accurate and timely enrollment of patients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Nursing, Education, or Psychology preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of internal patient-related, hospital experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse populations.
  • Ability to speak English and Spanish preferred, with fluency in Spanish a plus.
  • Must pass hospital credentialing, including all vaccines and drug & alcohol testing.
