Job Title: Computed Tomography Technologist

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist for a travel assignment in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team. As a Computed Tomography Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes. You will work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Prepare patients for computed tomography scans, including positioning and immobilizing them as needed.
  • Administer contrast media and other medications as ordered by radiologists.
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes to radiologists.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Computed Tomography Technologist.
  • Current certification in computed tomography from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
