Job Title: Computed Tomography Radiation Technologist

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Radiation Technologist to join their team for a 15-week travel assignment in Bronxville, New York.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Radiation Technologist to work in our Computed Tomography department. As a Radiation Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of the body for diagnostic purposes
  • Position patients correctly and safely for imaging procedures
  • Administer contrast media as ordered by physicians
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
  • Collaborate with physicians and other health team members to provide patient care
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Radiation Technologist
  • Ability to work effectively with a variety of personnel (professional and ancillary)
  • Ability to grasp, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling and able to move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment
  • Ability to contend with irregular activity schedules occasionally and continuous concentration to detail
