Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Scopeair. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a wide range of financial services to customers, including opening and closing deposit accounts, renewing certificates of deposit, and processing loan transactions.
  • Answer customer questions and perform account maintenance tasks, such as stop payments, automatic transfers, and check orders.
  • Serve as a source of information and guidance to teller staff, providing support and training as needed.
  • Cross-sell services and perform related clerical functions, such as processing wire transfers and assisting with lending applications.
  • Process miscellaneous customer requests, such as checkbook balancing and account inquiries.
  • Assist or refer customers with any questions or problems that arise, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and transaction requests made by phone, mail, and website.
  • Assist Branch Management with daily branch operations duties, such as pulling customer reports and gathering data as needed.
  • Assist with teller line coverage as staffing levels demand.
  • Participate in identifying, measuring, monitoring, controlling, and mitigating departmental and enterprise-wide risks.
  • Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies, and procedures.
  • Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Service Excellence standards.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two or more years of teller experience preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of Bank products and services.
  • Familiarity with Bank and branch functions, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Well-organized and able to maintain an effective workflow.
  • Able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic to intermediate skill in Microsoft Office programs and proficiency in web-based applications.
