Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach
- Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Analyze information to identify opportunities for growth and cultivate new markets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives

Requirements:
- 4-year college degree preferred; 1-3 years of relevant experience required
- Strong knowledge and experience of property and casualty insurance, including coverages, rating, terminology, and technical procedures
- Sales-driven individual with excellent communication skills and ability to establish new relationships
- P&C license / E&S licenses

Salary:
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
