  • Manage the opening and closing procedures of the front office and waiting area, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Schedule patient appointments efficiently, adapting to their needs and ensuring optimal use of the schedule.
  • Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Generate and review reports on schedule availability to enhance daily operations.
  • Proactively monitor and adjust the next day's schedule to maximize patient appointments.
  • Communicate effectively with the team regarding any delays or issues that may arise.
  • Address returned mail promptly, updating patient records as necessary.
  • Participate in all staff meetings and daily huddles, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Represent Specialty Dental Brands positively in all interactions, both within and outside the office.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of administrative experience is required, preferably in an orthodontic setting.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and possessing a positive attitude.
  • Strong understanding of dental terminology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional public relations abilities.
  • Able to work effectively with patients and team members.
  • Experienced in delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Commitment to punctuality and flexibility in work hours.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
