Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Analyst to join our team at Expedient. As a key member of our Operations Support Center, you will be responsible for monitoring our systems and networks, responding to client requests and questions, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and prioritize client phone calls, emails, and job ticket questions and/or requests for service-related assistance
  • Monitor and proactively identify service impacting events
  • Escalate problems to the appropriate engineering disciplines within the organization or external vendors as required to achieve resolution
  • Follow strict security protocols to allow client access requests inside the data center using specific access control criteria
Requirements
  • Academic degree or training in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience
  • Industry certifications are also highly desired (CCNA, CCENT, CompTIA, Network+, A+, etc.)
  • Demonstrated level of competency with internet technologies including:
    • Principles of networking, Cisco, Juniper
    • Windows operating system
    • Familiarity with basic UNIX commands
    • DNS and WEB services
  • Experience in a client support role
  • Strong understanding of the value of customer service
  • Strong analytical and independent problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screens
