Job Overview:
We are seeking a Supportive Assistant to join our team at Home Again Assisted Living Inc. As a Supportive Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical and emotional needs of our residents. Your duties will include assisting with daily living activities, escorting residents to meals and activities, and participating in Life Enrichment activities.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $40,000 - $55,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Escort residents to meals and activities
- Participate in Life Enrichment activities

- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience working in healthcare or social services preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
