Job Overview

The Telesales Associates for T-Mobile At Work are responsible for being the voice of our company for thousands of potential business customers. This role requires staying up-to-date on T-Mobile's evolving technology and competitive pricing plans, with the ability to translate this into meaningful customer solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound sales calls directly from prospective and/or existing business customers, building rapport by probing for needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Expert in all T-Mobile products and services to right-fit customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Accept orders, close sales, maintain customer records, and complete required documentation.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives based on targeted metrics.
  • Uncover opportunities greater than 20 units and set appointments for outside sales reps, providing all details uncovered for them to close the more complex sale.
  • Successfully complete continuing training to maintain knowledge of products, services, and sales approaches.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Less than 2 years Sales experience with quota/in a commissioned environment.
  • Telesales experience
  • Business sales experience
  • Proven sales track record
  • Customer service experience

Benefits:

  • Total Target Cash Pay Range: $40,200 - $72,500, inclusive of target incentives
  • Base Pay Range: $28,140 - $50,750
