Job Summary: Agility Recruiting is seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our team in San Francisco. As an Operations Director, you will be responsible for leading organizational operations and ensuring excellence across grants management, accounting, HR, legal, and governance functions. The estimated salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

About the Role: This role requires strong management and leadership skills, expertise in HR, finance, and grants management, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. You will be responsible for managing the operations team and cross-functional workflows, overseeing grants management and compliance, managing legal and governance requirements, leading financial planning and reporting, directing human resources functions, coordinating organizational workflow and project management, and managing technology infrastructure and office administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and efficiency
  • Manage and develop a high-performing operations team
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes
  • Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
  • Coordinate organizational workflow and project management initiatives
  • Manage technology infrastructure and office administration

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • At least 7 years of experience in operations management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team development and performance management
  • Expertise in HR, finance, and grants management, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion, with experience in creating inclusive work environments
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments, with adaptability and flexibility
