Clinical Specialist

Your Role
As a Clinical Specialist, you will provide ABA therapy to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will collaborate with parents and caregivers on generalization strategies to reduce problem behavior, manage a therapy schedule for billable services, and work with the Board Certified Behavior Analyst on treatment progress and barriers to success. You will also take initiative to facilitate community integration and enable participants to engage in their preferred activities, provide support to participants with developmental goals, and address behavioral challenges and other complex needs by following the Behavior Support Plan.
Qualifications
We are looking for an individual with a High School Diploma or equivalent, and six months of experience in human services, direct care, or prior experience with children, adults with disabilities. A Registered Behavior Technician certification is a plus, but we can train upon hire. A valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance are also required.
