Licensed Clinical Social Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team at the Center for Family Health & Education, Inc. (CFHE). As a key member of our behavioral health team, you will provide high-quality care to our diverse patient population, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive services.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and implement psychosocial programs to support patient well-being.
- Develop and lead education and counseling programs for individuals and groups, serving as a liaison to community organizations and stakeholders.
- Counsel patients and interpret psychosocial needs to professionals and lay groups, identifying disorders and developing strategies for support.
- Conduct surveys and studies to inform psychosocial health research and policy development.
- Provide short-term counseling and crisis intervention as needed, working collaboratively with our clinical team.
- Assist in implementing community and social programs, ensuring compliance with HRSA grants and contracts.
- Prepare psychosocial educational materials and coordinate with clinical and health education staff to provide comprehensive services.
- Coordinate with other organizational entities involved in psychosocial and mental health services.
- Use assessments and measurement tools to inform patient care and evaluation procedures.
- Provide in-service presentations to staff and community groups, promoting education and awareness.
- Masters in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience in an ambulatory health center setting preferred.
- Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Familiarity with multicultural groups and willingness to enroll in language and multicultural coursework as needed.
- LCSW License as Clinical Social Worker.
