Join Our Team as a Clinical Social Worker LCSW/LPC/LMFT

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Social Worker LCSW/LPC/LMFT to join our team at Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing counseling services that support individuals with physical, mental, cognitive, and emotional adjustment through recovery.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess the social, emotional, and support needs of patients and their families.
  • Set measurable objectives in conjunction with the rehab team.
  • Assist physicians and other health team members in understanding significant social and emotional factors related to patient health problems.
  • Instruct and counsel patients and families in treating and coping with social and emotional responses connected with illnesses.
  • Participate in care coordination activities and act as a resource to other health team members in identifying and resolving patient needs.
  • Identify and assist patients and families in utilizing appropriate community resources to achieve measurable objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work (LCSW).
  • Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of one year experience in a rehabilitation setting serving individuals with traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, or acute diagnosis.
  • CPR certification required.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical requirements including pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning.

Salary Range: USD $45.00 - $55.00 / Hour
