Clinical Supervisor

Clinical Supervisors at Central City Concern are responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team in providing person-centered and trauma-informed care to clients in a residential setting. This role requires a strong clinical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of clinical staff in providing comprehensive assessments, individual treatment plans, group and individual counseling, crisis intervention, case management, and life skills.
- Oversee the implementation of clinical privileging requirements and ensure compliance with regulations, licensures, and contractual stipulations.
- Develop and maintain systems to ensure the health and safety needs of clients are met, including oversight and management of patient records.
- Provide face-to-face supervision, clinical group supervision, and coordinate weekly clinical collaboration, treatment planning, and care coordination meetings.
- Review and process client grievances, represent Central City Concern in the community, and perform direct clinical services to clients as needed.
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology) and licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- 2 years of post-graduate experience in mental health or behavioral health, with 1 year of lead or supervisory responsibilities.
- CADC II or above certification required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations.
