Job Summary

Metropolitan Pediatrics is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality behavioral health services to children and families in our pediatric clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to promote healthy coping mechanisms and improve overall well-being.
  • Collaborate with our primary care team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Develop and implement behavioral health programs to support patient and family needs.
  • Participate in ongoing professional education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on pediatric behavioral health.
  • Knowledge of community resources and ability to effectively access them.
  • Understanding of PCPCH standards and ability to work within an integrated care setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as experience with Electronic Medical Records systems.
