CAD Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CAD Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in survey drafting and proficiency in AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide drafting and design support for various projects, including Multi Family, Industrial, Commercial, and Historic Renovation.
  • Work efficiently in a team environment, handling multiple assignments with competing priorities.
  • Maintain company CAD standards throughout projects.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of design work and an Associate's Degree in a CAD-related field.
  • Working knowledge of architectural designs.
  • AutoCAD is a must, and Revit is a plus.
  • Exceptional client service skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Self-starting, requiring minimal supervision once trained.
  • Understanding of project documentation, including plans and specifications.
  • General knowledge of MS Office.
  • Good communication skills.
