Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Specialist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our properties adhere to all regulatory requirements and maintain the highest standards of compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and enforce compliance with Section 42 regulations, including income and rent limits.
  • Certification Management: Conduct thorough tenant income and eligibility certifications.
  • Audits and Reporting: Perform regular compliance audits, prepare detailed reports, and address any issues that arise.
  • Training and Support: Provide training to staff on compliance procedures and best practices.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify compliance issues, develop corrective action plans, and ensure timely resolution.
