Overview

Skamania Lodge, a leading global hotel management company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales & Marketing to join our team at Skamania Lodge in Stevenson, Washington. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and developing our sales and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute yield strategies to maximize revenue from room, banquet, catering, and room rental revenue streams.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and guidance to ensure exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager, Regional and Corporate staff, ownership, and subject matter experts to ensure brand building and asset growth.
  • Develop and implement a cohesive Hotel Business Plan, focusing on revenue achievement through direct sales, PR, revenue management, and e-commerce strategies.
  • Participate in community relations and create opportunities for business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hotel/resort sales leadership experience in a similar-sized operation.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Salesforce/Delphi.
