Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team at Skamania Lodge in Stevenson, Washington. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement yield strategies to maximize revenue
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and Regional staff to develop and execute business plans
  • Manage and coach sales staff to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, guests, and partners
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Marketing or Hospitality
  • 5+ years of experience in hotel sales leadership, preferably in a similar-sized operation
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing strategic plans
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000.00/Yr. - $160,000.00/Yr. based on qualifications and experience. Our company also offers a range of benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
