Key Responsibilities
In this intermediate-level position, you will:
  • Conduct maintenance and installation tasks on designated wind turbines with minimal supervision.
  • Follow established schedules and procedures, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational guidelines.
  • Provide mentorship to junior technicians, sharing your knowledge and experience.
  • Work at heights and in confined spaces, performing repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold our reputation for safety, professionalism, and quality service.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of one year of technical experience in the wind industry, or relevant experience in electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, or heavy machinery fields.
  • The physical ability to climb and carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency in using intermediate-level power tools and diagnostic equipment.
  • A valid driver's license and basic computer skills.
  • The ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with customers and colleagues.
