Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in specialty retail or a similar environment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A flexible mindset and eagerness to learn about all facets of the store.
  • A strong dedication to delivering an outstanding experience for both employees and customers.
  • The ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended durations.
  • The capability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is essential for positions in Quebec; proficiency in other languages is an asset.
