Job Title: Technical Program Manager, IT and Security

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our Security and IT Program Management team at Postman. The ideal candidate will lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional projects within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enable and Lead: Work with Security and IT leaders to design and implement comprehensive security programs, including risk assessments, security architecture, vulnerability management, incident response, and compliance initiatives.
  • Objectively Communicate Value: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of security programs and project outcomes, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Project Management: Lead key initiatives throughout the entire project lifecycle and work alongside the CISO and the Security Programs team to help prioritize the project pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Define success criteria and foster strong relationships to implement complex, cross-functional projects. Coordinate efforts and ensure alignment across diverse organizations to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in program and project management within the IT and security domains, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, including application security, risk assessment, vulnerability management, and incident response.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
