We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our 7 South/Oncology Med/Surg Unit. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care, focusing on respiratory conditions, ENT surgeries, chemotherapy, and palliative/comfort care.
What We Offer- Competitive pay based on experience, with a minimum hiring rate of $31.10 (non BSN RN) and $32.85 (BSN)
- Sign-on bonus up to $20,000
- Monthly Loan Repayment program offering $20,000 over three years
- Up to 5.5 weeks of Paid Time Off annually, plus seven paid holidays
- Tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 per academic year
- 0-2 years experience, BSN preferred
- Good clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Physical stamina for frequent walking, standing, lifting, and positioning of patients
- UPMC-approved national certification preferred
- Current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse either in the state where the facility is located or in a state covered by a licensure compact agreement with the state where the facility is located
- Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Graduate Nurses will have 120 days from graduation to obtain the RN License
