Nurse Practitioner Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the growth of our team at Committed to Change, PC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient consultations and health history reviews
- Perform physical examinations and screenings, including ordering and administering tests as necessary
- Review and interpret test results to diagnose health problems and recommend treatment options
- Collaborate with physicians to treat complex illnesses or injuries
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient records, including test results and immunization information
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in nursing
- Current state nurse practitioner license
- 5+ years of nursing experience
- Proficiency in EHR medical charting systems and computer-based data management programs
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
