Exciting Opportunity for a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner to join our team at All Star Healthcare Solutions in Bar Harbor, Maine.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in an inpatient setting, including monitoring patient condition and preparing for patient discharge and successful transitions.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based guidelines.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of inpatient experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
  • Maine license in hand or in the process.
  • Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts and varied schedules.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
