As a key member of our compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients' compliance with certification eligibility standards. Your expertise in payroll compliance, auditing, and reporting will help us deliver high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities: Monitor and review certified payroll records and ancillary documents; investigate potential violations and complaints of underpayment; prepare detailed reports evaluating firms' compliance with certification eligibility standards; conduct site visits to verify correct payment of prevailing wages; ensure apprenticeship compliance on State and Federal projects; and present labor compliance requirements to contractors and subcontractors. You will also perform other tasks as needed.

Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, and at least 3-5 years of experience certifying payroll in a federally funded industry. Experience with compliance monitoring for certification programs, knowledge of laws and regulatory standards, and proficiency in MS Office and Adobe are essential. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills are required.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. Remote work available.
