Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse II to join our Surgical Services team at Chatham Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide competent clinical nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and educational needs
  • Develop and implement effective plans of care to meet patients' needs and promote optimal outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
  • Graduation from a school of professional nursing
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification
  • One (1) year of nursing experience
