We are seeking a results-driven sales leader to join our team as a Sales Director. In this role, you will be responsible for developing key industry relationships, uncovering new opportunities, driving sales wins, and growing the brand of US Rail & Logistics.

This is a senior leadership position that requires a proven track record of success in sales and leadership. You will have the opportunity to develop and execute a market strategy for key territory markets, while maintaining strong relationships with customers and industry influencers.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Grow top line revenue through a mix of new and existing customers in all four areas of the USRL value chain">
  • Meet or exceed volume and profitability targets for the USRL Oklahoma facilities">
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth market strategy for key territory markets">
  • Represent USRL at local industry and economic development meetings and events">
  • Discovery of new opportunities and ventures for USRL to participate in">
  • Effectively utilize the USRL CRM (Pipedrive) to maintain contacts, populate and track new opportunities, and organize customer outreach campaigns">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • 3-5 years of sales or sales-related background">
  • Rail Industry or Supply Chain Expertise">
  • Effective communications both written and oral">
  • Technical Skills (Email, Spreadsheets, Presentations)">
  • Ability to travel (Up to 50% of work week)">
  • Ability to work remote/home">
  • Personal vehicle for travel, (allowance for vehicle)">

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
