We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Program Site Coordinator to oversee and manage the Goodwin University LPN Program on the University of Bridgeport campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching, clinical coordination, and program administration, ensuring the highest quality education for our students.
Key Responsibilities- Teach didactic content and facilitate clinical experiences in clinical settings
- Manage daily operations of the LPN Program, including oversight of clinical adjunct faculty
- Collaborate with faculty to provide consistent and relevant student learning experiences
- Review and provide feedback to students on their clinical performance and paperwork
- Conduct midterm and final evaluations for each student
- Participate in departmental and University committees, and contribute to student retention
- Master's degree in nursing
- Current and active RN License in the state of Connecticut (or eligible)
- At least three years' experience as a practicing registered nurse
- Minimum of two years' experience teaching adult learners
- Experience in program and curriculum development preferred
