Job Title: Digital Media Coordinator

The WorkPlace is seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Coordinator to support and optimize our organization's digital marketing efforts. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for tracking campaign progress, developing various digital marketing materials, creating/sourcing images and artwork, updating online assets, streamlining digital marketing production, and handling general digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize our organization's social media presence across multiple platforms.
  • Update and develop content for multiple websites, including The WorkPlace's portfolio of sites.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies, messaging, materials, and events that support the business objectives of The WorkPlace.
  • Conduct research on specific topics, media, and industry trends specific to our audience.
  • Manage external vendor relationships in support of marketing and communications.
  • Plan, create, and manage AI-driven video content that aligns with our brand's voice and strategy.

Requirements:

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong storytelling skills with a creative mindset and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with SEO, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights), and data-driven decision-making.
  • Prior working experience with Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
  • Ability to think critically, innovatively, and proactively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to manage time while focusing on projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of all social media platforms.
  • Utilization of Photoshop and Premiere Pro skills.
  • Proficiency with AI-driven video creation tools (e.g., Synthesia, DeepBrain, Lumen5) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Video editing experience.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of WordPress content management system.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communication; or 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, all social media platforms, and online content management systems (CMS) including WordPress, and Constant Contact. Graphic design skills and competency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
