Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY

The Finance Strategy and Analysis Leader will spearhead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical functions within Advanced Medical Manage. This position requires close collaboration with senior management to deliver strategic financial insights, facilitate informed decision-making, and enhance financial performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
    1. Direct the formulation and execution of the organization's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting methodologies.
    2. Provide strategic financial insights and actionable recommendations to senior management to bolster decision-making and enhance financial outcomes.
    3. Create and sustain intricate financial models to support scenario analysis, long-term planning, and strategic initiatives.
  2. Budgeting and Forecasting:
    1. Oversee the annual budgeting cycle, ensuring it aligns with the organization's strategic objectives.
    2. Generate regular financial forecasts for senior management, highlighting potential risks and opportunities.
    3. Track and report on budget performance, delivering variance analysis and actionable recommendations.
  3. Financial Reporting:
    1. Guarantee the timely and precise preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    2. Develop and present comprehensive financial reports and dashboards to senior management and the Board of Directors.
    3. Leverage data analytics to monitor and assess financial performance, identify trends, and formulate targeted intervention strategies.
  4. Collaboration and Communication:
    1. Engage closely with internal stakeholders, including accounting, operations, and clinical teams, to ensure the integration of financial planning efforts.
    2. Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to promote financial objectives and achievements.
  5. Strategic Planning and Implementation:
    1. Assist in the development and execution of the organization's strategic plan, focusing on financial performance and sustainability.
    2. Collaborate with clinical, operational, and business development teams to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
    3. Assess new opportunities for growth and expansion.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity within a healthcare environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and data analytics tools.
