Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to join our team as a Corporate Controller. This is a permanent position that promises a fast-paced environment, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's financial health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all company accounts and investments.
  • Supervise, track, and evaluate day-to-day activities of the accounting and finance departments.
  • Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation.
  • Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
  • Develop budgets that meet the requirements of company departments.
  • Establish and implement methods to minimize financial risk to the company.
  • Analyze financial data to identify our company's financial status and performance.
  • Train and lead a team of finance personnel.
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial data, cash flow, and profitability reports.
  • Provide insightful information and expectations to the company's leadership to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or professional accreditation such as certified public accountant (CPA) or certified management accountant (CMA) is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting role.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis and forecasting.
  • In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with great accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with a problem-solving attitude.
