Position Overview
Compensation: $18.00+ per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7am to 3:30pm
- Accountable for all customer quality specifications to guarantee a thorough understanding of their quality requirements and challenges, ensuring consistent satisfaction of their expectations.
- Conduct precise mechanical inspections on initial articles, first pieces, in-process evaluations, and final assessments.
- Verify that all suppliers comply with the essential quality assurance and certification standards as outlined by company purchase orders.
- Assist in both internal and external quality audits as necessary.
- Collaborate closely with the management team to address production quality challenges and ensure that quality protocols are accurate and updated as needed.
- Support manufacturing initiatives as required.
- Report any nonconforming materials and products.
- Facilitate customer relations activities related to quality and reliability, aimed at achieving total customer confidence and satisfaction.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- IPC-610 certification is preferred.
- 3-5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Minimum of 1 year in a quality-focused role is required.
