Manufacturing Associate

- Set up and prepare assigned stations on the production line, including the assembly of basic equipment and raw materials.
- Operate and monitor the output of machinery to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Pull pieces to inspect for quality and document reports for management.
- Assemble electrical and mechanical components according to customer specifications, using hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment.
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and written instructions for work orders to ensure products meet tolerances and specifications.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing-related position preferred.
- Experience with soldering, inspection, and quality control a plus.
- Good hand-eye coordination and ability to identify various colors and shapes.
