Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at SR COMPANIES LLC. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and events, ensuring smooth logistics and effective communication.
  • Process and handle sensitive and confidential information, maintaining the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, scanning, copying, and mail management, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with department heads and management to achieve team goals and objectives, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and regulations, ensuring compliance and adherence to standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience or training preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
