Position Summary

We are looking for a committed Recruiting Administrator to deliver administrative assistance to our Human Resources department, the Vice President of Product, and various teams to facilitate the recruitment and onboarding of new talent. This position encompasses a range of responsibilities including managing candidate data, ensuring a positive experience for applicants, coordinating interviews, conducting orientations, and maintaining effective communication with candidates, hiring managers, HR personnel, and the Vice President of Products.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and managing visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing communications via email and phone.
  • Updating and maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate details and progress.
  • Reviewing resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews, meetings, and appointments.
  • Sending interview confirmations and reminders to candidates.
  • Collaborating with the HR Manager and other management members during the offer process.
  • Ensuring all required documentation is collected and properly reviewed.
  • Maintaining compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies.
  • Supporting basic office functions such as filing, scanning, and document organization.
  • Ensuring an organized and efficient office environment.
  • Assisting with additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative support capacity, ideally within a manufacturing or operational context.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of taking initiative.
  • Exceptional time management abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with hiring laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficient in applicant-tracking software or similar recruitment systems.
  • Skilled in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite or comparable software.
  • Ability to commute as required.
