Position: Service Technician

Role Summary

As a Service Technician at Survival Products LLC, you will be integral to maintaining the operational efficiency of our service processes. Your role will encompass a variety of tasks associated with service orders, including the evaluation and management of documentation, as well as the testing and packaging of products in accordance with established guidelines.

Primary Duties:

  • Assess incoming documentation and engage with internal teams effectively.
  • Accurately update documentation with essential information.
  • Efficiently execute service work orders utilizing our operational systems.
  • Conduct testing and packaging of products in line with specified protocols.
  • Assemble equipment accurately and determine repair needs as necessary.
  • Receive and inspect parts for completeness and quality assurance.
  • Adhere to compliance standards by implementing required corrective measures.
  • Work collaboratively with quality inspectors throughout the process.
  • Verify overall unit compliance with established standards.
  • Familiarity with the Quantum system is beneficial.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as directed by management.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in learning and utilizing computer applications.
  • Strong attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Experience with hand tools for various applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Comfortable with frequent bending and sitting during work activities.
