The Lead RN for Patient Care Navigation role presents an exceptional opportunity for individuals eager to play a pivotal role in guiding fertility patients through their unique journeys. As the Lead RN, you will engage with patients throughout their experience, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure outstanding care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee clinical staff to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
  • Develop and communicate clinical staffing schedules, ensuring adequate coverage.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and facilitate ongoing training for staff.
  • Maintain Quad-A accreditation and manage surgical and anesthesia schedules.
  • Coordinate patient services effectively by monitoring patient flow.
  • Assist in training new hires and updating existing staff on policies.
  • Address and resolve daily clinical challenges.
  • Serve as a role model for clinical staff through exemplary performance.
  • Document patient care services accurately in departmental records.
  • Administer nursing care in the surgical suite, adhering to established standards.
  • Provide patient education and counseling throughout their fertility journey.
  • Coordinate patient cycles, manage calendars, and schedule necessary services.
  • Communicate laboratory results to patients with appropriate explanations.
  • Ensure quality care by adhering to therapeutic standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain professional knowledge through continuous education and training.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Position Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of a 2-year degree; B.S.N. preferred.
  • Current, unrestricted state RN license.
  • Experience in fertility care is highly desirable.
  • Maintain current ACLS and BLS certifications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a patient caseload independently.

Compensation & Benefits:

The hourly compensation for this role ranges from $33.00 to $47.00, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, dental, life, and vision insurance, along with generous paid time off (PTO) and a retirement savings program.
